“Imagine Shabbat” is a new initiative we introduced last year at KI to spice up Shabbat morning services. On an occasional basis, we plan on experimenting with innovations in the service while retaining our core values of being traditional, egalitarian, participatory, and friendly.
9:15 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. Breakfast with Rabbi Wolk & Cantor Hordes: Shmooze with the clergy over lox and bagels, danishes, fresh fruit, juice, and coffee.
9:45 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Interactive Torah study with Rabbi Wolk
10:30 a.m. – noon Abridged traditional Shabbat service
12:00 p.m. Enhanced Kiddush lunch
